National Corvette Museum Seeking Cars

ncm_logo.jpgI’ve always wondered about the process of loaning cars to museums and thanks to the most recent National Corvette Museum (NCM) newsletter, I can wonder no longer.

The National Corvette Museum is accepting applications for Corvette display cars, particularly 1954 and 1955 models. If you are a member of the National Corvette Museum, own a stock-appearing Corvette and are interested in loaning the car to the NCM for approximately one year you can get details at the NCM site. Even if you are not into the Corvette thing, you can still get a glimpse into the process. The NCM has posted its loan agreement, guidelines, display information and exhibit application along with the Kentucky statutes applicable to loaning items to museums.
