ID This Car: Russian Convertible (with ghost)
I know only two things about this car. The first is that it is supposedly of Russian manufacture. The second is that it was pictured on this page of Russian convertibles and roadsters. It looks like an amalgamation of various American cars, but Russia has a long history of borrowing designs from other countries.
On a side note, I think there might be a ghost in the passenger’s seat!
