Barrett-Jackson Settles Lawsuit
Remember last year when Barrett-Jackson traded lawsuits with David Clabuesch over the sale of his Ramchargers 1970 Plymouth Hemi ‘Cuda? The settlement came on January 7, 2008, and in connection with the settlement Clabuesch issued a written and notarized statement that marks a pretty major change of opinion from Clabuesch.
