While it looks a lot like its older brothers, the 964 really was 85% new as Porsche claimed. We might have bought this car for the color alone, but we made sure the body does it justice. It's clean from bumper to bumper, with nice 17\"Cup I wheels to boot. The glass and trim are excellent, and the car shines like new. This is one of those cars that just looks \"right. \"

Inside, the original seats are supple and clean, and the light gray is a perfect compliment to the exterior. Normally we cringe at the thought of an aftermarket stereo, but we're impressed with the ADS stereo and its installation. The rest of the interior is stock down to the clean carpets and fully functional accessories. There's a lot of torque from the engine, a great clutch and perfect steering--the 964 is truly a leap ahead in driving comfort.

Out back is the original numbers matching engine and transmission. It's as clean in person as it looks in pictures, and we've just done a valve adjustment, changed the belts and flushed the fluids. It's ready to go, and it'll make it anywhere.
