If you are in the market for a classic but don't want a trailer queen you can't even drive then this is the car for you. It is the type of classic you can hop in and drive anywhere. The 1955 Pontiac Starchief body is incredibly unique and has an awesome look. The rounded fins in the rear are accented with inset stainless and are very cool. This is the type of styling you just can't find on a car in todays age. In addition to being a daily driver this is a classic that still has some room for improvement. It would make a great project for a father/son or anyone looking for something to work on. It is mechanically sound so you don't have to be an expert but there are still some things you could tinker on. The car has been a Texas car its entire life and the odometer currently reads 24,000.

This classic is coated in a nice Chocolate Brown and Vanilla which are the original colors. It is topped with tons of chrome and stainless which are nicely mounted in place. Every piece is in place from the stars on the side to the stainless strips on the hood so chasing down hard to find trim pieces is not a worry. The headlights and taillights work as they should with no problems. The car has a nice solid stance and rides on a set of original steel wheels with original hubcaps. The car is pictured without the drivers front hubcap but it does come with a full set. In addition, it also comes with the original owners manual. The radial tires are brand new with plenty of tread left.

Under the hood is the original 287 cubic inch V8 that starts up with no problems. The block, heads, manifold, and valve covers are coated in the original style Blue and topped with a Black air cleaner. Blue spark plug wires are in place to match the motor and are mounted in wire looms. Multiple components have been replaced including the new battery, new generator, new wheel cylinders (all wheels), and a new master cylinder.

The interior of the car is done in vinyl Chocolate to match the paint. It has just been replaced and the bench seats are very comfortable. The dash is all original with all the correct gauges, knobs, and switches. Even the original AM tube radio is in place and working as it should! The headliner has also been replaced and has the correctly mounted working interior lights.
