Restoration. .
Restored: 2002

1970, Vertical grille inserts replacing the horizontal bars of the 1969, movement of nameplates from the lower cowls to the rear C pillars and the vertical hashmarks from the C pillars down to the lower cowls. Outstanding paint job by professional artist, is what you call a low rider with two chrome back pipes. Just fired it up and sounds great. Talk about attracting attention, this ride is awesome to drive, sounds loud and rad, and sure turns heads. Check it out.

Exterior. .
Exterior paint was professionally done in 2010 ($10k). Photos coming soon. Shown are older photos of the car prior to 2010, whicj was a pro paint job by an Artist well known in Colorado for his awesome old school workmanship. All around dark green with matching color coded flames of greens, blues, and violets. Flames are patented by the artist and are on the front hood and back trunk hood.

Interior. .
Interior trim also received minor revisions, and a bench seat with center armrest returned as a no cost option to the standard Strato bucket seats and console. Bench seat equipped has a steering column mounted shifter with the automatic transmission along with a dashboard mounted glovebox, replacing the console mounted shifter and glovebox of bucket seat cars. Power front disc brakes became standard equipment this year. The interior is original and is in good condition. This was to be my next project, to soup up the interior for car shows. Due to lack of time, I can't work on it and have to sell.

Just fired it up to show two people and next thing I know the whole neighborhood came over to check it out. It is a low rider and has two chrome tail pipes coming out the back end so have to be careful going over railroad tracks.
