Stroker engine valve relief strategy. There are 3 pictures in this series. Notice the differences in the distance of the valves from the cylinder and its radial clocking from the cylinder bores. This makes each cylinder rather unique in terms of flow and how that flow influences the combustion properties of the cylinder relative to the rest of the cylinders. This means there is no "cookie cutter" method to doing the 7x relief. I suspect each block is as individual as the cylinders are individual in the same block.
