Classic cars for sale which date from the early days of the auto industry are often able to fetch a healthy sum when auctioned on the modern market, but some have a better chance of raking in the big bucks than others.
A 1930 Ford Model A, which was custom made for the son of this famous manufacturer's founder, is one such rarity that was recently made available for sale, according to The Province.
The original Ford Model A was built from 1903 and was the company's first vehicle to be produced for sale. This iteration comes from its 1927 reintroduction and while it may not be as famous as the Ford Model T, its heritage is just as impeccable.
Because this Model A being sold is one of a kind, auction expectations are high and it should net a minimum of $325,000. However, some believe that if a bidding war breaks out, it could easily sell for half a million dollars.
Standard Ford Model A examples, like the Ford Model T, are not uncommon and thus a relatively affordable buy for a classic car enthusiast looking for a true vintage vehicle from America's illustrious automotive past.
