Lynwood Golf Course welcomes classic autos

There is nothing quite like seeing hundreds and hundreds of vintage automobiles roll onto the finely manicured lawns of a world class golf course. It’s almost as if you’re stepping through a time machine to an era long past. However, for the Alderwood Terrace Rotary Club, this is an annual location – as they’ll be hosting their Summer Car Cruise at the Lynwood Golf Course once again this year.
What makes this classic car crews and show so much different than many others around the country is that it is not an “open invitation” type of event. While the general public is more than welcome to attend the show – at just $10 a person – they are not encouraged to bring their own vintage automobiles to the show to put on display. This is because the field of entries in the Summer Car Cruise are handpicked vehicles pulled from classic auto enthusiasts all over the world – literally thousands and thousands of cars whittled down to 100 or so and then make the final cut.
This means that each and every vehicle that you will be able to set your eyes on at the Lynwood Golf Course is representing the very best of the best when it comes to vintage automobiles. In fact, nowhere else will you be able to set your eyes on the vintage Bentleys, Rolls-Royces, Packards, and other exciting and exotic automobiles from all over the planet.
