The King of Rock and Roll may be gone, but he is certainly not forgotten by his millions of enduring fans. Now a classic car show, dedicated to the vehicles which defined Elvis Presley during his opulent career, is returning to Memphis for the third year in a row, to get auto enthusiasts and music lovers excited.

From the 1st to the 2nd of June, the Elvis Presley Car Show is being held at Graceland, the famous home of the rock legend.

This year's show will be particularly significant because it is now 35 years since the singer died and it will be just one of the many events which are being held in Memphis and across the country and the world, to commemorate this anniversary.

The show is free to visit and so thousands are likely to turn up to see the hundreds of vintage vehicles arrayed at Graceland.

One of Presley's most famous automotive purchases was the 1955 Cadillac Fleetwood, the pink paint job of which certainly caught the attention of the press and public.
