Vintage automobile enthusiasts all throughout the local area are planning to absolutely pack the Carillon Park at this coming weekend in order to celebrate the last big car show of the summer. Understanding that some are “officially” ended a week or so ago, the classic car clubs from the local region are still hoping to cash in on the relatively nice weather that fall in September has given us with this vintage event. Planning to have more than 250 classic cars and motorcycles from all across the country pour into this event, organizers and promoters are already counting on the seventh annual Carillon Park Classic Car Show to be even bigger than the rest. This year specific focus is on the “Nifty 50s”, really celebrating American automobiles built in the 1950s. There are certainly going to be vintage autos from all eras as well as different makes and models in attendance, as well as one of the largest collections of antique motorcycles the area has ever seen. If you love all things classic car or just can’t get enough of anything with a motor and some wheels, you’re differently going to want to make sure that you attend the event!
