July 13 is certainly setting up to be a pretty big day in the town of Ann Arbor, Michigan – as the fifth annual Jackson Road Cruise is set to kick off.
Last use event saw some 250+ classic automobiles rolled out Maple Road and Baker Road, and this year’s field is supposed to be even bigger. You’ll be able to see everything from early 1950’s Ford Mustangs and classic Corvettes to more modern Camaros, Thunderbirds, and even a handful of vintage exotic automobiles.
Of course, it’s not just an event for the classic car enthusiasts in your household – there is going to be good clean fun for the entire family. This week’s schedule of events (including the classic car parade) will showcase the crowning of Miss Michigan, real live music all throughout the event, a bouncy house, face painting, a number of exhibits from the Great Lakes Zoological Society, and even a pizza eating contest. This is the kind of summer fun you just can’t pass up – so make sure you’re there on July 13 when everything kicks off.
And if you have a vintage automobile, don’t be afraid of bringing it by!
