A new video posted on YouTube by the team at Porsche Classic, the manufacturer's internal heritage wing, has revealed the kind of care and attention that goes into making many of the reproduction parts destined for use in vehicle restorations.

In particular, it focuses on the production of classic emblems for the Porsche 356, each of which must be historically accurate and finished with the same detailing as those that were originally affixed to such cars.

This involves an impressive degree of hand painted perfection and indicates that Porsche really wants to work hard to preserve the classic cars which it has built over the years, even if this requires quite a lot of effort.
