Classic Pontiac Safari for sale

The vehicle in question is a 1957 Pontiac Safari, a relative of the Chevrolet Nomad and a particularly attractive classic by any measure.
With just under 25,000 miles on the clock and its original Limefire Green (other model pictured above) paint job intact, the Safari is in good condition despite its age.
Although the Safari's long wheel base and sleek body seems to make it stretch on for miles, this model is only the two door version.
Patch.com has reported that the Safari is currently on sale for around $22,000, although if there is enough attention, then this figure could surely rise if a bidding war ensues.
The car has been kept in a barn for many years in a row, although unlike similar so-called 'barn finds,' it is not in a state of disrepair and seems to still be roadworthy, which is partly why the asking price is so significant.
If you are looking for a restoration project then this could not be the classic car for you, but anyone who wants to jump into a piece of history and take it for a spin will be right at home.
