Classic cars of all shapes and sizes participated in a parade to celebrate St. Patrick's day this year in the town of Goshen in Orange County, New York.
Amongst the classic cars which took part was a 1971 Dodge Charger R/T, driven by owner Ritchie Robinson.
There was also a large number of New York City motorbike enthusiasts who form part of the Fire Riders club participating in the parade, giving fans of both two and four wheeled vehicles something to enjoy.
No parade is complete without an array of custom hotrods, which is precisely what the motorcade in Goshen got, thanks to owners Joe Dolan and Rob Decker.
The Times-Herald Record reports that the classic motors, tuned-up hot rods and high end bikes all created something of a cacophony, as they wound their way through the streets of the town.
Of course all this grunting and roaring was music to the ears of auto enthusiasts, although local kids with their sensitive hearing were apparently seen covering their ears, although this was not enough to wipe the smiles from their faces.
The success of this year's St Patrick's Day parade is likely to result in a repeat performance in 2013.
