This week the Oscars have been the subject of debate across the world, with Octavia Spencer's win for Actress in a Supporting Role representing a particularly poignant moment of the show.
Her role in the film The Help, set during the 1960s, saw characters use a number of different classic cars from this decade, four of which were supplied by Jackson, Mississippi resident, Johnny Morrow.
Amongst the cars supplied for the movie by Morrow was a 1958 Cadillac which receives plenty of attention thanks to its pristine condition and elegant beauty.
Mr Morrow has a large collection of vintage vehicles ranging in age and he has been used by movie studios over the years to furnish productions with the cars they need.
Mr Morrow said that his cars have appeared in a number of movies set or shot in his home state, including Mississippi Burning and A Time to Kill.
The success of The Help could bring more film studios to the area, according to Mr Morrow, which would be good for the local economy and also beneficial to him if future productions also require the use of his classic cars, to add a touch of authenticity.
