MG B roadster, for sale in Stratford, Connecticut, for $13,500.

A very nice southern car, excellent drive train, nice clean engine bay, perfect rust free floor pans, flame red (we suspect recently painted) with black interior, new top, mostly new chrome, wood dashboard, wire wheels, brakes just done, front end rebuilt, excellent wiring, new exhaust, boot cover, perfect panel and door fit, nice car in every way.

Specifics: 175-180psi compression in every cylinder (as good as new), 65-70psi oil pressure when warm, no smoke, clutch feels fine, all gauges work, no rattles, exhaust is quiet, can't really find anything wrong with this car. It looks almost like new, runs and drives beautifully, doesn't leak anything, just got a new battery, what else is there?

I like 1973s (which is why I own one). . . face level air vents, glove box (unlike the 1968-1971s), more modern controls with horn/wipers/headlight flasher on the stalks (unlike the pre 1968s), dual circuit brakes, alternator (new on this car), still with twin SU carbs, still with chrome bumpers, and the air vents make A/C installation easy (we did this on my car and the results are wonderful).

I think this car led a sheltered life and the results are a very nice 38 year old MG.
