This is a 1972/75 Lotus Super Seven S3 Roadster.

Thought to be among the last Super Sevens sold by Lotus during the transition to Caterham.
Factory ordered new in1972, built by Caterham and delivered in February 1975 by Lotus.

This car was very recently appraised (July 10, 2012) by Pacific Automobile Appraisers of Gardnerville, NV 89460. Appraised value was $49,000.00.

This car has covered only 8,387 miles from new. It was ordered with the rare and desirable 1.6 Liter Lotus twin cam big valve engine.

A matching numbers car. A very original example.

Super Sevens are collectible, seriously fast and awesome cars to drive.

The car was delivered new to Redding, California to a Maurice Johannesen in 1975. Intended for racing but the car was never raced.

Little documentation exist as the car was not registered or licensed until 2005.

The motor and assembly was done by Norvic Racing Engine Ltd. of Norfolk England.
