Here is a very correct and original 1993 GMC Typhoon. The Typoon was produced for two years in the early 90s on the GMC Jimmy chasis with just over 4600 produced. It was powered by the 4.3L V6 with the TD06 turbocharger and rated at 280hp (dyno tests usually showed over 300hp). This all wheel drive vehicle used a Borg Warner transfer case that allocated 35% of the power to the front wheels and 65% to the rear making it as fast on wet roads as it was on dry pavement. The 700R4 four speed overdrive transmission was chosen to get the power to the wheels. We have a low miles (33,000) two owner truck. This is a very well optioned SUV including; power windows & locks, power steering & anti-lock brakes, power drivers seat & mirrors, Delco am/fm/cd w/5 band equalizer, charcoal leather bucket seat interior, cold A/C, gauges, rear window defogger, and much, much more. The original alloy factory wheels are in good condition with no pitting and good tires. The black paint is in very good condition on a very solid body. The ground effects are all their and not cracked or broken. The leather interior has worn very well showing only nominal signs of use.
