My weird transmission

yes 4 small lights as JMed shows is correct. These light were used in the rears of sedans and coupes so should be easy to get housings and lenses. switch is a slide under the front edge of the dash

Pretty sure that would be the origonal coil wire. get rid of the zip tie and it will drop into that clip on the head bolt ahead of the temp sender. not sure why its split

Kdancy, you will need the headers as above or a complete 55-56 exhaust manifold. The iinterface between the 48-54 intake and exhaust is completely different e.g. 3 vs 4 bolts and size shape of that area

Studebaker definitely used the right one for a two lever B-W transmission. I don't think they used the same as the the Hudson (single lever) transmission. Rod can you elaborate which transmission you have?
