anyone know what rack he used? Mustang l1 front steer or Dodge Omni rear steer? or something else?

Can you help me identify this 1958 Car part?
I'd call it the INSTRUMENT CLUSTER, I believe, can't say for sure, but that particular part was the same on all models.

1948 hudson commodore convertible (rare car)

the frame has been powder coated gloss black, there is a powder coating company about 75 miles from jonesboro that will sand-blast and powder coat a frame cheaper than you can sand-blast/etch prime/regular prime/sand/and shoot finish paint

Electric wiper motor conversion
I have never used newport engineering products on a hudson, but I have used them on other makes of antique cars and they work very well.
