I hate crap ads like those. If you do not buy I will crush and no you cannot buy parts I will crush everything to spite you. Thats a solid business plan there. Can't sell whole car so will not sell parts and make money then crush whats left. Would not bid on this even if I wanted it because of this attitude.www.hudsonmotorcar.org

Noticed it, yesterday evening. Didn't post it, for the same reason - I didn't like the seller's comments and apparent bad 'attitude'. Sort of figured the auction probably would not go well...

Scrap is bring between $100 and $125/ton...he MIGHT have #3,200 there, tops. So, the TRUE scrap value of this mess of parts is right at $180.00. Yup...Sound business acumen there! "If I can't get a grand for it, I'll crush it for less than $200!!!"
Even though the puke says he'll "crush them immediately!" if not sold, you can bet he'll run them a few times, at least.

I happen to know this guy is a bit shakey. If you look at his ebay rating this should come as no surprise. Read some of the more interesting comments lately.BTW With this same car, he attempted to part it last Winter/ early Spring It didn't happen due to his stupid prices. Question: Why do you put this stuff for sale in your daughter's name on ebay??? Could there be a legit reason?

If you can believe it - the seller added MORE verbage (verbage = written or verbal form of garbage) to the auction offering!
Also, now it appears to be set @ $1K, reserve not met...
All this, after his 'threat' to crush it if the car didn't sell... :confused: So much for truth in advertising...

That's too bad. I could actually use some front end sheet metal parts off of it but with all the interest in Terraplane noses the last few years, I never can get a really good grill for normal money, so I'm stuck trying to repair what I have.
