55 ford motormounts

    Need advice putting a 302w/t5 in my 55 2dr post..can I buy conversion motormounts or do I have to fabricate?

    They are available but 65 mustang/fairlane mounts will work with one inch spacers in between the motor and mounts,I also heard that 80s mustang and truck mounts might work too. Go on yahoo groups wagonville II as there are quite a few that have done that swap.J eff
