The pictures make it difficult to give an honest opinion but the pictures are not of a 69 Charger.
If you're buying the Mustang, then you need to make the decision of if the car is good or bad. If you are un-sure, then I would suggest that you contact someone in a local Mustang club to go with you to check it out.
What's up with the wheels sticking out of the wells?
Never take pictures looking into the sun.

that is a 1969 mustang. Looks pretty clean for it's age. Take a close look at the shock towers. They like to crack and aren't real cheap to fix right. Any other car in that age and shape is worth about $1000. But it says mustang. How much is the asking price? That does make a difference.

That is the metal that surrounds the front shocks inside the engine compartment and holds the top of the shocks in place. They are famous for cracking at that age. To replace you have to cut out and replace the entire tower and its not easy to do with the motor still in the car.
