What did I see today
-
I'm guessing Bill Albright will have the answer to this question. In beautiful downtown Yucaipa this afternoon while sitting at a traffic light a beautifully restored maroon and black, I think 29 Hudson 8 crossed in front of me. Trunk box on the back, completely decked out and I was in the wrong lane to turn and follow without possibly getting a ticket. So Bill, does someone here in Yucaipa own a car that matches that description?????
Harry -
Sounds like Don Driscolls 29 that he recently sold, and yes there is a member in the area. Don't recall his name but Bill A knows him.
-
Steve, that was one nice looking car. Did you get my e-mail?
Harry -
Yeah Don did a beautiful job on that car. The first time I saw it it was in Don's driveway spread out like a dog's breakfast. The next time I saw it was at the Reno nats in 05. Man what a beautiful car! Just read your email, but we discussed that on the phone today.
