Headers performance

Im getting a 73 mustang grande with a 351w soon, and I dont know much about cars.
I wanted to get some hooker headers because my father had some on his old cougar and they sounded awsome.
I was wondering, since there is such a price difference, whats the difference between black and ceramic. Im looking for proformance for price. -

The ceramic usually last longer, look better, and deal better with heat. If you can afford them, they are worth it.
