77 Camaro questions
-
A really beautiful 77 camaro has just gone up for sale around my area, and ive absoultly fallen in love with the vehical. Its fram was completely rebuilt about 3 years ago, had all the rust replaced with metal, and the engine is in great shape as well (apparently). However before i invest any money into this little beauty i was just wondering about what type of gas mileage one could expect from the vehical, im thinking a good bit below 10 mpg, but if anyone had some first hand experience that be nice. As well if theres any common engine or suspention troubles that come along with a camaro of this age, i know some of the more recent modles can go upwards of 200,000 miles before needing a significant rebuild. Any advice about the car would be greatly appreciated.

It will depend on what engine/trans combo it has. A 305 car may get 16-17MPG, but a 350 car will do less. Maybe 14-15 MPG. 350 would have come in a Z-28 in 77 as far as I know. Tid-bit 77 was the first Year back with the Z-28 after not being made during the 76 year series.
