Desperately seeking info on this turquoise PAINT COLOR!
-
Greetings from the southern coast of Maine!
I am brand spankin' new to this forum, and already have a question for you all...
Might someone be able to help me find this paint color, shown in this photo of a beautiful 1955 Chevy Nomad?
My husband and I are restoring a vintage travel trailer. We plan to do a two-tone paint job: white and the turquoise shown in the photo/link above.
An info, such as the name, color codes, etc would be oh so appreciated. Heck, if someone could point me in the direction as to where I could buy some auto paint in this color, I would be forever greatful.
Thanks so much for taking the time to read this!
Take care and be well,
Amy -
What a wonderful color...!
While I'm not sure, I wish you luck finding it!! I too have found the perfect color for my car, I just wish I had more than just an image of a car in my mind! Heheh.
Good luck! -
It looks like the one they call "cashmere blue"

If I were you, I'd ask the owner of the Nomad, or if possible, take the car to the paint shop and have them scan it to get an exact match.
You also may be able to tell from the paint code on the body tag.
Best of luck
Ron
