Does anyone know where to find a 1955 plymouth 2 door stationwagon? My grandpa restored one in high school and sold it. it had a 318 V8 with 3 sp. column shift. he restored cars for a living when he was in high school and has a picture of it, but said that he can't find one anywhere and i was just wondering if anyone knew where to find one. any condition. he painted it Tahitian coral pink which was a color from a '58 caddy.

You might try collectorcartraderonline.com and search for one there. But if you find an original one, it won't have a 318. The 318 did not come out until 57. The 55 flathead 6 was 230 cid and the V8 was 241 cid. That was still a decent motor. I had a 56 Savoy with the 277 cid motor and a 3-speed and the car would absolutely fly! Good luck on finding one.

I have seen a 2-door wagon posted on Ebay a couple of times. In fact I have saved pics of it along with other '55 Plymouths since I am partial to that particular year. My parents owned a red and black 4-door and I thought it was a great looking car. I'd like to own a coupe, hardtop or convertible of that year myself.
