70's ford muscle cars
-
hey all i have a question, other than the mustang and the torino, what other muscle cars did ford produce?? me and a buddy of mine are thinking of doing a 70's ford muscle car that will yield more $$ in the end. we have a ford 400 and me being a ford guy i know that ford put that motor in some of it's cars starting in 72 and ended it in 82/84(i can't remember the exact year) and seeing as how we already have the motor and i have performance built one i was trying to think of any other ford maybe mercury's that are kind of in high demand, or would we be better off putting the motor in an f100/150 or f250 due to demand?? thanks guys.

I suppose Rancheros could qualify, especially early 70's models. In '72, you could get them with a 429, for instance. Later 70's, I think you could get them with 460's

yeah. i had a 79 ranchero 500. but i traded it for my 60 chevy c10 that i have now cause i realized that the market for ranchero's is pretty slim to nil as far as demand goes.
