do you know this logo?
-
I'm wondering if anyone can tell me the car or company that this logo belongs to. I have 2 vintage/antique moon hubcaps that have as a center logo the outlines of north america and south america with a horizontal line separating them.
The hubs are chrome WRAPPED with a white ring around the logo.
Any thoughts?? -
It might help if you could post a photo of them.
-
Can anyone give me a pointer on how to attach pictures here?
First time user to this site. Couldn't copy and paste, the insert image
icon is looking for "http://......", and the manage attachments option said my picute file was too large??
Sorry about the high maintenance! -
Agree, '54-'56 Olds."The time has come", the Walrus said, "to speak of many things. Of shoes and ships and sealing wax, of cabbages and kings. And why the sea is boiling hot,
And whether pigs have wings..." -
kbmill, the photo uploading feature doesn't work very well on this site. Best way to do it is to post it somewhere on the internet (your homepage, maybe?) or maybe even to Classiccar's own Photo Gallery (see top of page), then note the URL it's assigned, and post it in your message. You can either post the URL link, or you can hit the yellow square icon on the posting form, and fill in the blank with the URL, and then it will post the actual photo right along with your message.

KB, go to http://www.photobucket.com, open an account, (it's free), and load your photos there. When they are loaded, copy the bottom window, and paste it here. It'll work just fine then. That's what I do.
