Stepdown rim cost
-
What a fair price for a 15-5 stepdown rim ?? Thanks John
-
$20-$35, I would think.
-
Yeah bout right, depend on how nice of course. I sold a couple in Gettysburg at the national meet for $20.00 each ,

I'd like to find a couple 15 x 5.5's if anyone knows of any out there.
-
Yep, I may have to find some Chrysler Rims. My question about those were, do they have the clips for hubcaps on them? Also, do they have the hole for the alignment pin?
I checked with Charlie Nau and Al Saffrahn recently and neither of those guys had any 5.5. rims.

I have sold some older Chrysler's (40's I believe) wheels for use on Hudson and they had the clips and alignment holes. I do have one here though with no clips (but holes for them), no 5-1/2" - sorry,

Chrysler rims up thru about 1956 had the necessary clips for our hub caps, but after 1956 Chrysler switched to 14" rims. Later (I'm not sure just when) Chrysler's 15" rims used a completely different center with no clips for older style hub caps.Jerry
