    I could use a few of those these days. Got a whole roaring $10 a month cost of living raise in my Social Security check. Merry Christmas to Washington.

    After - they're now taking $104.90 a month for Medicare. However, the somewhat good news is gas in Memphis has dropped to around $3 a gallon, regular; I paid $2.93/9 at Kroger with a 3 cent a gallon discount card this morning. Last week it was $3.06/9.

    That Hudson stock certificate is worth more than the preferred GM certificates after the so called bail out! Those GM certicicates are all investors have to show now. Thanks for posting the Hudson Certificate.

    Alex, we too, in Québec, are lucky. Gas just dropped to...$4.84 a gallon ( that's for regular at $1,28 a litre X 3.78= $4.84)

    Here in Phoenix dropped down to $3.17 today.

    Gas here is $2.93 a gallon @ Kroger. I got another 20 cents per gallon off with my Kroger Card rewards discount, for $2.73 a gallon.

    Jim, Just 20 miles East of you the prices are 0,10 cents a gallon higher, $3.76 a gallon.

    price today here, $3.11 and there's not a refinery in the state of Az.~
