I think that fitting is simply a common 1/2"(?) pipe thread "nipple" connection.

Readily available at Parts stores, Advance, Auto Zone, NAPA, etc. The fuel pump looks correct, it is a double action pump,-- one side vacuum for the wipers..

This photo shows the water pipe you are missing . You will see it come from the water pump up and back to just behind that rear carb. Then it turns up slightly and a hose continues to the heater,

Herman, regarding the fuel pump, I assume you know that the pumps must have spacers (between the block and the body of the pump) that are of a specific thickness -- right? (Just wanted to make sure because I know you're new to Hudsons, and things that we Hudsonites take for granted, you may not have learned yet!)

Needs a throwout bearing, pressure plate, and probably a clutch disc before it will move the car....Oh, and it looks like there's no flywheel too, can't see it or ring gear below the bellhousing.

And while on the subject of clutch ,there are two sizes for the Stepdown .The larger diameter one (10") is for the overdrive (witch you have there).The smaller (9" ) is the standard one,

With the Twin H you need a 45 degree NPT to hose barb fitting. Single carb uses the easy to find straight one. Looks like a double lever so I am assuming 52-54, that being the case the afforementioned pipe is correct for the other line. This also is different for twin H. The twin H pipe has a sharper upturn to clear the rear linkage.

Thanks guys. Jon I flipped the water pump and that gasket was replaced. Who ever removed the original pump left the gasket. It is pretty thick, which is what it is suppose to be. I did get the pipe fitting from my parts car, but Advance Auto also had it on the shelf. Good eye Ken. Those parts are missing, because I was am still playing with the shifter, so I mounted the tranny and put the engine and tranny in the truck. I was trying to get the shifter further forward. Roger do you have an extra water pipe for a 308. I do believe I can use regular heater hose, RIGHT?

I took one of of a Twin-H motor if you want it I can send it to you for about $20.00 delivered. Do you have the brass nut shown in photo ? if not I'll keep it . The nut is currently stuck to the pipe but should come loose , I put some oil on it ,Couldnt quite get the whole pipe in the photo.

No problem ,there is no hurry . This is supposed to have a support to the third head bolt that I need to find anyway. I had allready stolen this one in the past. I'm fairly sure I have more some place if not I'll rob another one. Someone stated earlier the Twin -H had this special pipe with more of a bend. While that's true I don't see why it one of the others could not be bent more with the right bender,
