1954 Hudson super wasp parts for sale

Hello all,
I'm new to the forums...but I recently parted out an 1954 super wasp and I have some parts that I need to sell. Take a look at the pictures and let me know if your interested.
Here is a list of what I have.
-Mustache bar
-lower grill stainless (behind bumper)
-Front stainless turnsignal housings
-Chrome grill center with lighted Hudson emblem
-belt line stainless trim
-exterior window stainless trim
-super wasp emblems
-rear trim piece under trunk
-exterior door handles
-interior door handles and window cranks
-complete dash
-glove box
-rear view mirror
-chrome steering column support
-steering column shifter rod and arm with gear indicator
-driver and passenger wing windows
-rear window
-complete interior garnish moldings
- 2 hubcaps
-widow crank mechanisms all 4 doors
-hood and trunk hinges
-distributed, starter, oil pump, water pump

What would be the average shipping cost from Washington State to northwestern Indiana? Or are there any websites I could go to and get an estimate?
