Oil Filter cartridge for a 232

    Hi all - two bits of advise required please

    Can someone please advise me what the part number and brand for replacement oil cartridges for a 232 is?
    Secondly, at what frequency should they be replaced?

    Fram C3 or C3P. I've had luck getting them at the parts store still.

    I have found some filters sold as fitting are the right size but height may vary. This is not a big issue as a spring or space / washers can be used on top,
