Steering Wheel Colors
-
What colr steering wheels came with the two tone green hornets in 52. Its got brown interior, Brown dash. Is it a red or a maroon ??? Thanks JOHN
-
I'm not real familar with 52's but I would guess that brown interior would have an ivory steering wheel. I know this is the case with '54's.

In 1951 & 1952 the steering wheel color for Commodores and Hornets with a brown interior would have been a maroon or burgundy (deep red) color. For 1952 the Wasp series used an ivory colored steering wheel, and the Hornet series in 1954 with a brown interior used an ivory colored steering wheel.Jerry

Jetman is right. Two colors in 52 Hornets, deep red like the 51s with brown interior. Blue with marbling or what ever you call it with blue interior. Different color horn button than 51s on the deep red wheels.
