O/D Wiring Help (Parts needed)
-
I am in need of the tip that goes on the end of the wire to the governor for my O/D. And I need to little screw that holds it in place.
I am also in need of the plug that attaches to the O/D Relay. -
Hi, re the plug into the relay - not having one myself when I did my new O/D loom I just used single connectors on to each terminal. It looks and works (now) just fine even though not original.
-
That is my Plan B.
-
Regarding the plug connectors for the OD relay, I took apart the old ones, took the old wires out (cut them, then removed them) and used the original connectors by drilling out the old soldered wires, then attaching to the new wiring. Works great and not really difficult to do. There is one screw that holds the two pieces of the OD connector together. Then you disengage each of the 4 wire connectors by holding down the appropriate tabs.

DocHubler: When I went to take apart my OEM plug, it broke.
-
I think I have one or two spares if you want them. Let me look and see.

Most appreciated.
