Hudson collection in PA

As my wife and I were returning home on Sunday, we took a new route (for us) along I78 east. Near Lenhartsville, we turned off to get gas on Route 143, I believe. While gassing up and getting the Pacemaker restarted (a lot of vapor-lock problems on the ride back), a man came over and spoke to me mentioning he had a Chevy Nomad, then he said that just down te road a bit on a small road on the other side of the Interstate someone had a garage with a big Hudson collection. I would have gone down to see it but he said as it was Sunday, I would have to peek in through a window. I didn't want to be trespassing so didn't stop by to see the Hudsons.
Does anyone from Pennsylvania know about this collection and who owns it? Perhaps it is a figment of that persons imagination though he seemed quite lucid.

1930 Essex Super Six -
An organized tour through that collection took place at the National Meet last week. They had buses taking the people up there from Gettysburg. Unfortunately, the tour was so popular that it was sold out weeks ago. Assuming you're in the H-E-T Club, you might try e-mailing the owner to ask if you might possibly stop by sometime to look through, or to join a tour that's going through there. Dr. Robert Blake's (the owner) contact info. is listed in the H-E-T roster.

I went on this tour and, at first, backed off a little, knowing there would be almost 2 hours of bus to go there. But it was sure worth it! Dr. Blake is a gentleman and was there to answer any question asked. I would recommend to anyone to visit this place. You are welcomed better than anywhere else. A lot of work was put up to build this collection and, to rebuild what was once, an old Maxwell dealership, filled with HET memorabilia and cars, of course. Michel

Thank you, one and all. I didn't give a thought to it being Dr. Blake's because I was under the impression his was in New York. I will not likely get back there for this was our first National in thirty-two years and his place is about ten hours away from us.

Re: Dr. Blake, his practise is in New York, but kept car collectiion in Penn., regret it now, I sold him a '52 Hornet sedan I purchased from Rudy Bennett we use to call it Black Beauty I can confirm Dr. Blake is a real fine gentleman.
