Anyone canceled at the meet hotels?

I would like to make reservations at the meet motel if anyone has to cancel. I am already in PA.

I believe that the Meet organizers are trying to handle that internally to prevent cancelled rooms from going out of the Hudson "bank" and then becoming available to the general public. Have you checked with the H-E-T committee?
Also, is it just yourself or do you have others with you? In many cases, Hudson guys are happy to share rooms in order to save money. That is, so long as their roomies are reasonably neat and don't snore too loudly, LOL! However, this wouldn't work if you're attending the meet with your wife and five kids! -
