1953 HUDSON SUPER WASP - on eBay - $$
-
No bids, sitting at $27,770 (reserve not met). Looks like a nice car, but not sure it is worth this type of $$.

I don't know. It is a nice looking, though a basic car with no radio, no apparent overdrive and no Twin H. Still, I hope someone comes along and buys it at this price or higher to illustrate that our Hudsons are still worth a "pretty penny".

This is a basic car. A nice car. but, basic. and I would not expect it bid much above $10k.Brownie

Yeah, I wouldn't expect it to go over $10,000.00 either, but the bidding starts at over 27 G's. By the way, the seller sent me a photo of the engine compartment. The engine's painted gloss red and it has the basic mesh air filter (not oil bath) and the transmission has no overdrive.
