    Crank case being bout 2 quarts over full have an effect on oil circulation?

    Hi Kim---I can not see where having the oil level above the mark on an old splasher engine would make any difference.---Cliff Minard

    Instead of stressing on this, clean your oil drain pan, drain it out and refill as needed to correct level, done in 20 minutes.

    Thanks guys,

    My engine has bout 900 miles on it since rebuild. I use NOS splasher pan and oil pan. Gonna drop oil and put it's third change Friday morning before heading to Regional meet in Kalamazoo, Mi.. First road trip since becoming road worthy and hopefully, kids and I will have many more to come in it.
