48th Annual Souers Family Meet

The meet this year will include a driving tour back to Huntington Indiana where the 1966 HET National was held. The tour leaves Ft Wayne at 2 on Saturday. While in Huntington we will view a video from that meet and a video from the 1971 National in Ft Wayne. The movies will be shown in the Souers auto storage facility which contains some interesting Hudsons and AMC cars. The building is a three story building built in 1907 and it housed an implement dealership until 1977. It is a cool old place and worth the visit alone. Join us please.

I wish I knew of this in advance. My family settled in Huntington in 1850. The Ufheils had been instrumental in building that town. My cousin Elmo knew of the "Hudson Farm" in Andrews....Hmmm If I leave here Friday AM early, I might get there Sat afternoon. Kenneth

Looking forward to the Meet on Saturday. Had a great time when we were there a few years ago. Firing-up the Essex for a nice country drive!
