Is there any reason that I have to reset my password everytime I try to log on?

When I try to log on I get a message that says (in red) "email not registered. I have to change my password to log on. I've changed my pw three (3) times now. Also, when I click on to discussions I get what looks like a blank page, but if I scroll WAY down, I finally get the windows...slim
