    I noticed the air cleaner / silencer in one shot. Is that the regular one, or did this car have Electric Hand (with the vacuum tube connection coming out of the air silencer). Also....and you've probably done this...did you check to see if it still has the crank extension rod held by the spring clips up over the trunk lid hinges? I think this is on all the 4-door and brougham bodies. (I don't need one but didn't know if you realized it was there.)

    I'm in the market for an Air Cleaner and carb for my 37 pickup...Would the one shown here be the correct choice? I'm also looking for some fender skirts.

    Sorry John..Carb and air cleaner were sold since pics were taken..no skirts either..

    What carb does your 37 use? I have several single throat, manual choke carbs from my 39 112. All of my Hudson manuals have been packed up so I can't look it up.

    Walt here; What model is the car you need the carb for? Pick up should be model #71 and that takes a Carter W-1, one barrel #348 from serial number 250000 and up, hand choke model.

    I just happen to have a carter w1 manual choke carb on a 46 Chevy I have..will that work?
