Air Bath media? 49 Caddy
-
The media in the air bath filter on my 49 Cadillac Series 62 is falling apart. I need some options. I'd like to just replace the media but I'm at a loss as to how to do this without cutting the original all to pieces. Not to mention I don't even know what it's made of or where to purchase it.
I've seen a few bath to paper conversions but I'm not sure it's a wise choice. Reason I say this is the car runs horrible with the air bath off I'm guessing too lean. I'm worried that this may also happen with a paper filter. -
If I remember right the media is horse hare.how to install-replace I have no clue.
