Nice looking truck - No pictures of interior, engine compartment, bed, etc..

Don't recall leather interior being a factory option, nor a rear bumper - doesn't detract from looks, however may impact originality, as do the headlights.

As victor indicates, dual side mounts - what?

Not sure what's going-on with those headlights, they don't appear to be functional (?)

Should have invested in a 5th WWW tire for the spare, or covered it up.

Think it is too much $$ for what I see - maybe it presents a better impression in person.

Indicates 1 of 10 'on the road', not too sure of that either - probably quite a few more than that, however Larry Cramer would probably have more stats on that.

There are 20 37 Pickup's registered with the club in addition to several 'Utility coupes'.

I think the headlamps may have sealed beam replacements.
The trucks had a leathette interior as std. equip.
I think the sidemount came with a metal cover (?).
They did not come with a rear bumper.

And they didn't come with dual sidemounts.

Well, I'm not sure of that particular photo, but know of the truck - I've been watching Pete's '39 Hudson for quite a few years now. When Pete offered it on Ebay, when the eventual buyer (?) sold it at BJ some time later, and I see pictures of it every now and then on the web. I think it's gone thru at least 3 different owners since Pete owned and restored it.

Have not yet seen the truck in person, and no idea who owns it now or where it currently is - maybe Pete has kept track of its whereabouts?

when I cropped the photo while editing it I cropped off the place where the owner's name was, it's Robert Dahnke of W. Lafayette, Ind. but that was several years ago, not sure if he still owns it or not.

Thanks Pete. You've no idea how much turmoil I went through when I saw that you had put your truck up for sale on Ebay - I really WANTED that truck! Problem is, by that point I already had three (3) in my stable, and KNEW that I couldn't 'push' it any further, either with my hobby facilities, nor (and more importantly) with my better half...

I may have asked this before - If you happen to have any detailed digital photos of the truck - I'm always looking for photos to refer to while I am doing the work on my '39.

P.S. Hope that whoever the owner is now, they are a member of HET, and are keeping tabs with Larry Cramer for tracking purposes.
