Russell Chilton's Project
-
My friend Doug and I drove down toward San Antonio on Friday to check out progress on Russell Chilton's convertible.
I had forgotten he also has a beautiful '52 4 door Hornet. His car and my coupe looked pretty good next to each other:

This picture shows our cars visiting the movie set of "Dune" . . .:woohoo:
Cool pic! How'd you do that?
Thanks Phil and Doug again for the great afternoon. What a perfect and beautiful day. -
It was much easier to do than that beautiful hand-made aluminum A/C faceplate you built for your Hornet!
Best

Workin Stiff

I can't wait to see Russells convertible when it's finished. Last time I say it, back a year last November, it was still just a shell with a lot of work to be done. Then he teased us with pictures of it on wheels rolling across his drive-way.
From what I've seen of Russells work, both car and carpentry, the convert is going to be awesome. Russell does fantastic work.
