Would the picture you have have any connection with Australia? If so,it looks a lot like a Tarrant.

I have searched for a better,larger picture,to compare the fine detail,but to no avail.

I think it is an old vintage model of ford,probably 1920 or so on.

If this is a Ford it's got to be pre model 'T', 1907 or earlier.
