Gateway Colorado Auto Museum
-
This past weekend we visited the Gateway Colorado Auto Museum and were treated to a spectacular display of cars representing different eras of automotive history. Located away from common travel routes, John Hendricks found a setting in the picturesque Unaweep Canyon of Colorado that greatly compliments his collection of fine cars. Perhaps many of you have seen the website or even visited the museum. Regardless, this is one collection that all automotive enthusiasts would love to visit either in person, on-line or both.
Hendricks said, “If I had to pick one car that best illustrates the collection theme, it would be the 1937 Hudson Terraplane that clearly represents the achievement of performing art in the American automobile.”

I forgot that the web site offers rather limited viewing of the cars. Perhaps these photo's will give you an even better idea of what the museum offers.
